An employee has the need for an employment attorney when they feel like they have been treated unfairly in the workplace, whether they are still working for the employer or whether they have separated employment with the employer. And that's where I come in to consult with and advise the client about their legal rights and how best to resolve their legal issues. It's a wide range of practice ranging from review of employment contracts to separation agreements to even litigation concerning the employee rights and whether they had been violated. I have many employees that come to me with issues of being harassed in the workplace whether that be by coworkers or by even their supervisors. And those issues may involve sexual harassment or otherwise being discriminated against due to their race, age, or some other protected class.
