My case experience with cases of employment discrimination run from cases of disability discrimination, where an employee may have a disabling health condition, and despite that, be able to work, but the employer take an adverse action based on such a disability.
I've helped numerous employees work through those issues with the employer, so they can continue to work for the employer but still be accommodated for their disabilities, or otherwise resolve separation cases where the employee had a disability.
These claims may fall under what is called the Americans with Disabilities Act for employees with disabilities, and sometimes employees may also have rights there with respect to the Family and Medical Leave Act.
