Many potential clients come to me concerned about whether they have been terminated or otherwise subject to an adverse employment action regarding their age. Clients age 40 or older may have a claim for age discrimination depending on the facts of his or her case. I've had numerous cases on behalf of high ranking officers, executives, managers, and employees for companies where they have worked for the company, in some cases, 20 to 30 years or more, who have been let go from their employment for no apparent, legitimate reason.
In addressing those cases, I have been able to identify the legal claims the employee had, and been able to successfully address those claims, whether it be through resolution with the employer, or even through court litigation, as I have litigated in court several cases of age discrimination. Employees who have been in the work force for a number of years, have been productive, deserve to be treated fairly, and not discarded due to their age.
