Meet Dan A. Atkerson

Attorney Dan A. Atkerson has worked on labor and employment law litigation in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 1984. His time as an attorney includes work at state and national law firms. He established his own employment law firm in 2001.

While attending law school at Texas Tech University, Mr. Atkerson served as Editor-in-Chief of Texas Tech Law Review, an award-winning law journal. During his tenure as EIC, he received numerous awards for his articles as well as his work as an editor.
